You will receive an email when you order is ready for pick-up, typically about 2 weeks or sooner. Feel free to contact us with order inquiries, and for all of your Screen Print, Embroidery, DTF Transfers, Signs, Banners, & Vinyl needs. We're here to help!

In the event that your specific product choice is unavailable due to inventory issues, we will do our best to provide the closest available substitution, or contact you via email to provide options.
In-store exchanges will be allowed for any new (unworn, unwashed) items within 2 weeks of pickup.
Items offered through our online store will also be available year-round in our store at 7355 SW 38th Street for your shopping convenience, based on availability. Samples of all items are available for sizing when you visit.
